PRODUCT LONDON · SEO CONTENT & BLOG GROWTH

SEO Content.Build a blog worth reading.

Search-led blog writing for music businesses that want useful articles, a consistent publishing schedule and a clearer path from reader to customer.

I help you choose the right topics, write new content and improve the posts you already have. Work directly with me on a content plan that fits your business.

THE EDITORIAL APPROACH

PLAN · WRITE · IMPROVE

Useful to your readers.
Relevant to your business.

Find a worthwhile topic

Start with your audience’s questions and the services or products you want to be known for.

Give a useful answer

Create a clear, well-structured article with practical detail, checked information and your voice.

Connect the next step

Guide readers towards relevant articles, services or products without forcing a sales pitch.

A planned body of content, not a pile of unrelated posts.

FOR MUSIC BUSINESSES

Studios, brands & platforms

NEW & EXISTING CONTENT

Blog writing & article updates

ONGOING SUPPORT

An agreed monthly workload

CONTENT WITH A PURPOSE

More than another post.A reason to read on.

A blog needs a purpose beyond filling a publishing calendar. I plan around what your customers need to understand, then agree the right balance of new articles, updates and publishing support.

01 / PLAN

Topics & content briefs

Choose relevant questions and search topics, check what the site already covers, and give each article a clear audience, angle and role.

02 / WRITE

Blog posts & guides

Write explainers, tutorials and practical guides around music production, audio services, software, education and the business of music.

03 / REFRESH

Existing-content updates

Refresh outdated details, improve weak introductions and fill useful gaps while preserving the parts of an article that already serve its readers.

04 / CONNECT

On-page preparation

Prepare headings, page titles, meta descriptions and relevant internal links so the finished draft has a clear structure and next step.

05 / PUBLISH

WordPress publishing

When included in the scope, format the article, add approved images, check the preview and publish or schedule it after your approval.

06 / OPTIONAL

News & content workflows

For news-led sites, source monitoring, draft preparation and review steps can be scoped as a separate n8n automation project.

ILLUSTRATIVE CONTENT IDEAS

Start with a question.Make the answer useful.

These are example directions, not published client work or promised results. Your plan would be built around your own audience, offer and existing content.

FOR STUDIOS

Mixing vs mastering: which service does your track need?

Explain the two stages, answer common questions and help an artist understand the right starting point.

A RELEVANT NEXT STEP

Your mixing or mastering service page.

FOR SOFTWARE & EDUCATORS

How to use parallel compression on drums

A practical tutorial shaped around your tool or teaching approach, using examples you can genuinely support.

A RELEVANT NEXT STEP

A product demo, lesson or course.

FOR MUSIC PLATFORMS

How to plan an independent music release

Walk artists through the questions and tasks involved, then explain where your platform can help.

A RELEVANT NEXT STEP

A relevant platform feature or signup.

MUSIC KNOWLEDGE. EDITORIAL CARE.

Your subject matters. So does getting it right.

I work in audio mixing and mastering as well as SEO, writing and automation. That helps me understand the language of music production and the questions your readers are asking.

You work directly with me, Makai. We agree your voice, priorities and review process so the content sounds like your business, not an interchangeable blog.

Check the details

Check technical claims against suitable sources. For product-specific content, work from your documentation, access and approved information.

Respect the reader

Answer the main question clearly, avoid padding and make the next step relevant to what the reader came to learn.

Keep the claims honest

No invented product testing, client results or quotes. First-hand reviews need genuine experience and evidence, not just a convincing headline.

A REPEATABLE PROCESS

Less chasing content.More of a working rhythm.

We set the brief, publishing schedule and approval steps together. You know what is being written, what needs your input and what is ready to go live.

  1. Agree the direction

Review your website, audience, services and existing articles. Agree the subjects, tone and priorities.

  2. Research & write

Prepare the agreed articles or updates, with the structure, supporting detail and links each one needs.

  3. Review & publish

You review the draft. We resolve feedback and publish through the workflow agreed for your site.

  4. Review & improve

For ongoing plans, use available search and engagement data to inform future topics and refresh priorities.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Build consistently.Start with a clear scope.

A monthly plan can focus on new writing, existing-post updates or both. I quote around the research, deliverables and publishing work involved, rather than promise unlimited articles.

ONGOING CONTENT SUPPORT

Your monthly content plan.

Tailored monthly quote

For a music business that wants a consistent flow of useful content without managing every draft from scratch.

  • An agreed topic plan and publishing schedule
  • A defined number of new articles and/or updates
  • Headings, metadata and relevant internal links
  • An agreed feedback and approval process
  • WordPress publishing where included in the quote
  • A monthly summary and priorities for the next batch

A FOCUSED STARTING POINT

One article. Or a blog refresh.

Quoted for the project

Start with a single guide, a defined batch of articles or updates to a selected group of existing posts.

  • A clear brief and agreed deliverables
  • New writing or a scoped content refresh
  • Research appropriate to the subject
  • Content prepared for your review
  • An agreed delivery date and revision scope
  • The option to move into ongoing support

What your quote will cover.

We agree the number of articles or updates, approximate depth, research needs, review rounds and publishing responsibilities. Original photography, hands-on product testing, paid image licences and third-party tools are only included when specifically agreed. A news automation build is scoped separately.

BEFORE WE START

Content questions.Clear answers.

Send your website, who you want to reach and whether you need new articles, existing-post updates or both.

Talk About Your Content
Who is this service for?

Studios, audio service providers, music software and equipment brands, educators, labels and music platforms. It is best suited to a business with a clear audience and something useful to offer those readers.

How many articles do I receive each month?

We agree the quantity before work starts. A detailed technical guide, a short explainer and an existing-post update involve different amounts of work. Your quote sets out exactly how much new writing, updating and publishing is included.

Can you improve the blog posts I already have?

Yes. We can focus the plan on existing content. I review the selected posts, identify what needs changing and agree the updates, rather than rewrite everything simply to make it look new.

Is this included in the monthly SEO service?

Not automatically. The SEO service can include content planning and selected updates, but a regular programme of new articles needs its own agreed allocation. A combined quote will make the writing, technical work and reporting responsibilities clear.

Can you publish directly to WordPress?

Yes, when publishing is included in the scope and appropriate access is provided. We agree whether I prepare drafts for approval or publish and schedule approved content. For another platform, we will agree the format and handover process.

Can you help with music news and automation?

Yes. A news workflow can be planned around your sources, topic selection, drafting, checks and approval process. The n8n build, ongoing workflow support, tool costs and editorial workload are scoped separately from standard blog writing.

Can you match our voice and technical detail?

We agree the tone and use your existing content, documentation and feedback as a starting point. You can supply specialist information or product access where needed. I will not claim personal testing or first-hand experience that has not taken place.

Do you guarantee rankings or enquiries?

No. I commit to the agreed content work, review process and delivery schedule, not a promised search position or number of leads. For ongoing plans, we review the available data and use it to decide what to improve next.
