PRODUCT LONDON / AUTOMATION
n8n AutomationBuilt AroundYour Workflow.
Custom n8n workflows that connect your tools, remove repetitive work and turn manual processes into reliable systems.
From content and publishing to AI, data, approvals, reporting and day-to-day operations, I build around the process you actually use. You work directly with me.
New builds, workflow fixes & ongoing supportRemove the manual steps between your tools.

WHAT I AUTOMATE
Take the repetitive work out of the business.
If a process follows a repeatable set of steps, some or all of it may be a good candidate for automation. The aim is not automation for its own sake: it is removing work that does not need to be done manually.
Content & Publishing
Research, preparation, approvals, WordPress publishing and content distribution workflows.
Social Media Systems
Prepare, organise, approve and route social content into repeatable publishing systems.
AI Workflows
Classification, enrichment, writing and summarisation inside a wider workflow, with human review where needed.
Business Processes
Repetitive administration, hand-offs, status updates, notifications and internal operations.
Data & Reporting
Collect, clean, combine and move data between systems, then create reports and alerts.
Custom API Connections
Connect services using APIs, webhooks and HTTP requests when a suitable ready-made integration is not available.
EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS
From scattered tasks to connected systems.
Every business is different. These examples show the kinds of systems I work with, with the exact steps shaped around your tools and approval process.
Automated publishing pipelines
Gather source material, prepare content, capture a review decision and publish approved work to WordPress.
Content & social distribution
Turn approved content into structured assets and route them into publishing and social scheduling systems.
Review & approval systems
Pause a process for a human decision, record the response and continue when the work has been approved.
Monitoring & notifications
Check incoming information or external systems and send an alert when an agreed condition needs attention.
CONNECTED SYSTEMS
n8n sits in the middle.
Connect your existing tools using native integrations, APIs, webhooks and custom HTTP requests.
- WordPress
- OpenAI
- Google Sheets
- Google Drive
- Slack
- Cloudinary
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Databases
The required actions, account permissions and API limits are checked before the build is confirmed.
HOW IT WORKS
Start with the process. Then automate it.
We agree what the workflow needs to do, how it will be tested and what is included in the handover. That gives the build a clear purpose and a defined finish.
Map
We work through the existing process, the tools involved and which parts are worth automating. The scope is agreed before building.
Build
I build around your actual tools and business rules, including the review or approval steps the process needs.
Test
We check real inputs, exceptions and failure conditions, not just the ideal run, before the workflow becomes operational.
Improve
Agree how the workflow will be run and handed over, then add maintenance or further development when it is needed.
AUTOMATION CARE & DEVELOPMENT
The best workflows don't stay static.
Start with a new build, improve an existing workflow or keep developing the system with ongoing support. Each option is quoted around the work you actually need.
NEW WORKFLOW
Build around your process.
For a repeatable task you want to connect from start to finish.
- Agreed workflow scope
- Connections and business rules
- Testing and review
EXISTING WORKFLOW
Fix what is getting stuck.
For an n8n workflow that fails, needs manual workarounds or no longer fits the job.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Repairs or simplification
- Extensions where needed
ONGOING SUPPORT
Keep improving the system.
For businesses that want someone to maintain and develop the workflows they rely on.
- Agreed monitoring and checks
- Fixes and maintenance
- Prioritised improvements
A defined scope, not an unlimited promise.
The quote sets out the workflows, testing, handover and support included. For ongoing care, we also agree the monitoring arrangements, response expectations and development workload. Any platform or usage charges are identified separately.
IS AUTOMATION WORTH IT?
A good candidate looks like this.
Start with a process that repeats and has a clear outcome. Some tasks are still better kept manual or reviewed by a person.
Describe Your ProcessYou repeat the same multi-step task regularly.
Information is copied between tools by hand.
Time is lost checking, updating or routing things.
You have outgrown disconnected manual processes.
N8N AUTOMATION FAQ
Before we build.
You do not need to know how to build the workflow. Explain what happens now and where the time is being lost.
Ask about your workflowWhat is n8n?
n8n is a workflow automation platform that connects applications, APIs and data sources. It can support a simple integration or a more involved process with rules, approvals and multiple tools.
Can you improve an existing n8n workflow?
Yes. I can troubleshoot, repair, simplify or extend an existing workflow as well as build a new one. Start by describing what it should do, what is going wrong and which tools it uses.
How much does an automation project cost?
The quote depends on the process, number of connected tools, data handling, testing and support required. I agree the scope and price before starting. Any platform, hosting or paid API costs are identified separately.
Can n8n connect tools without a native integration?
Often, yes. An API or webhook can provide another route, but the required action must be available and your account must have the right access. I check these requirements before confirming the build.
Does everything have to run without human review?
No. Approval steps can be part of the workflow. Content, exceptions and other decisions can wait for a person to review them before the next action is taken.
What do you need from me to get started?
A description of the current process, the tools involved, how often it runs and the outcome you need. A screenshot or an example with private information removed can help. Do not send passwords, API keys or confidential customer data through the initial enquiry.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Support can cover monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and further development. The workflows covered, monitoring arrangements, response expectations and development workload are agreed in advance.
Where will the workflow run?
We agree where the workflow will run, which accounts it will use and who is responsible for access, operating costs and maintenance before building. Hosting management is not assumed to be part of every project.
