PRODUCT LONDON · MUSIC INDUSTRY SEO

Music Industry SEO.Turn searches into enquiries.

Practical SEO for studios, music brands and music businesses that want to be found by the right people, not just attract more clicks.

I work directly with you on technical fixes, stronger service pages and useful content, with a clear plan for what to improve next.

THE APPROACH

SEARCH TO ENQUIRY

The right searches.
The right next step.

01

Find the opportunity

Understand your customers, services and the searches that matter to your business.

02

Improve the right pages

Fix obstacles and make your important pages clearer, more useful and easier to navigate.

03

Measure what matters

Review search visibility, relevant visits and enquiries, then use the findings to plan the next work.

A working plan, not a report left in a folder.

SERVICES

Studios & music professionals

BUSINESSES

Labels, brands & music platforms

PRODUCTS & LEARNING

Music software & education

START WITH THE BUSINESS

More visibility. For the work you want.

A music business does not need to rank for every music-related search. I start with the services, products and customers that make sense for you, then build the plan around them.

01 / YOUR SERVICES

Get your offer found.

Strengthen the pages that explain what you sell, who it is for and why someone should contact or buy from you.

02 / YOUR CONTENT

Make expertise useful.

Plan and improve guides, tutorials and articles that answer real questions and connect naturally to your commercial pages.

03 / YOUR WEBSITE

Make the next step clear.

Look beyond traffic at the routes from an article or search landing page to a booking, enquiry, trial or purchase.

WHAT I WORK ON

A practical plan. Then the work to deliver it.

The mix of work depends on your website. I prioritise the issues and opportunities that matter most, rather than selling the same checklist to every business.

01

Audit & priorities

Review your site’s search performance, important pages and technical health. Turn the findings into an ordered plan, not an overwhelming list of warnings.

02

Search & competitor research

Identify useful search topics, understand what people are looking for and decide which pages should meet each need.

03

Technical SEO

Check crawlability, indexing, redirects, internal links and site structure. Make agreed WordPress fixes or give your developer clear instructions.

04

Service & product pages

Improve titles, headings, page content and calls to action so important landing pages explain your offer clearly.

05

Content planning & updates

Find gaps, refresh useful existing articles and connect them to relevant services. Larger writing programmes can be scoped separately.

06

Reporting & next steps

Use Search Console and analytics to review progress, check agreed enquiry or sales measures, and decide what deserves attention next.

AUDIO KNOWLEDGE. PRACTICAL SEO.

Work with someonewho understands both.

I work in audio mixing and mastering as well as SEO and content. That gives us a useful starting point when talking about music production, your customers and the services you want to sell.

You work directly with me, Makai, from the initial discussion through to the ongoing work. No handover to a separate account manager.

01

One clear set of priorities

You know what I am working on, why it matters and what is planned next.

02

Implementation, not just advice

Agreed WordPress changes are part of the work. Larger development tasks are scoped before they start.

03

Honest expectations

No guaranteed rankings, invented traffic forecasts or promises that every visit will turn into a customer.

GETTING STARTED

Know where you stand.Know what happens next.

We agree the scope before work begins. The initial review sets the priorities; ongoing work follows that plan and adapts as we learn more.

  1. Understand the business

Talk through your website, customers, services and what a worthwhile result would look like.

  2. Establish a baseline

Review the site and available search data, identify obstacles and agree the first priorities.

  3. Make the improvements

Work through the agreed technical, page and content changes within the monthly scope.

  4. Review & build on it

Explain what changed, what the data shows and where the next month’s effort should go.

ONGOING SEO SUPPORT

Consistent work.A clear monthly scope.

Choose ongoing help to put the plan into practice, or begin with a standalone review. I confirm the deliverables and cost before you commit.

MONTHLY SUPPORT

Your ongoing SEO partner.

From

£500/ month

For music businesses that want a specialist to keep improving their website, not just hand over an audit.

  • Initial review and a prioritised SEO plan
  • Agreed monthly technical and on-page improvements
  • Existing-content updates and internal linking
  • Monthly progress summary and next steps
  • Direct communication with me

ONE-OFF STARTING POINT

SEO audit & action plan.

Quoted for your site

For a specific problem, a website relaunch or a business that wants a clear plan before committing to ongoing work.

  • Review of technical and on-page issues
  • Assessment of important pages and search opportunities
  • A prioritised set of recommendations
  • A discussion of the findings and next steps

Clear boundaries from the start.

The monthly plan covers an agreed workload, not unlimited requests. Large website rebuilds, bulk article writing, paid advertising and third-party costs are not included in the starting price. Any additional work or cost is agreed first.

BEFORE WE START

SEO questions.Straight answers.

Tell me about your website and what you need it to do for the business.

Ask About Your Website
Who is this service best suited to?

Studios, music service providers, labels, software brands, educators and music platforms with a website and a clear commercial goal. Artist projects are welcome too, but I will be honest about whether website SEO is the right priority for your situation.

How quickly will SEO bring results?

There is no fixed timetable. Useful site improvements can be made early, but changes in search visibility and enquiries take time. Your starting point, competition and the work needed all matter. I will set expectations after reviewing the site rather than promise a result by a particular date.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. I do not control Google’s rankings. What I can commit to is the agreed work, clear communication and reporting that distinguishes the changes made from the results observed.

Is blog writing included in monthly SEO?

Content planning and updates to existing pages can be included in the agreed scope. A regular programme of new articles or a large content project is quoted separately, so you know how much writing is included before we start.

Can you implement the changes on WordPress?

Yes. I can make agreed SEO, content and site-structure changes directly in WordPress. Anything requiring a substantial rebuild or specialist development is discussed separately. For another platform, we will agree what I can implement and what needs your developer.

Is this playlist promotion or social media management?

No. This service focuses on your website and organic search. It does not include playlist pitching, paid advertising, follower growth or daily social media management.

What access do you need?

To begin, send your website address and a short description of your goals. Once the scope is agreed, I may need appropriate access to Search Console, analytics and your website. Use individual user invitations rather than sending passwords through the enquiry form.

What happens after I get in touch?

We discuss the website and your priorities. I then recommend a suitable starting point and confirm the scope, price and working arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a monthly plan.
